My first published article :)

As promised, I thought I would share the article I wrote on Ryan, the Aftersales Manager.. please see below!

I also took all the photos to accompany the article, and the aim here was to show lot of smiling faces, enjoying their jobs!! In doing this I have realised the importance of making the subject feel at ease,  as ultimately, they will feed off your energy. As it was my first attempt I think it went fairly well, but in future I will aim to make those being photographed feel more comfortable, and ensure that everybody is looking at the camera! Also, the lighting turned out to be not too great, some photos look slightly overexposed. Again this is something I will definitely take note of for the future, it is the small things like this that make the big differences.

I was really pleased with what went out, and the team at Swansway were really pleased with what I had written. As it went on the Swansway Careers page, it was important to evoke warmth and friendliness; which I believe I achieved quite well. The post gained a really strong positive reaction, with 66 likes, 24 comments and 3 shares! I was really happy with this result and hope to complete more articles for the Swansway page in the future. I enjoy the added responsibility and the opportunity to expand my job role and experiences. Ultimately I am aiming to get as much out of this apprenticeship as possible, and am keen to take on any new challenges as and when they arise.
